IMT introduces customer support manager

Holly McCoy-Nelson has been appointed customer support manager at hydraulic crane manufacturer Iowa Mold Tooling in the USA.

McCoy-Nelson will lead the customer service and aftermarket support teams. Prior to joining IMT, she was inside sales, customer service and co-ordination manager at Graham Wood Doors in Mason City, Iowa.

Tim Gerbus, IMT director of sales, said, “At IMT, our focus is always on the customer. Holly’s skills and experience enhance our ability to meet customer needs. She will be a tremendous asset to the IMT team.”
