Rental software specialist inspHire has adopted a new logo that reflects its ownership by Kerridge Commercial Systems (KCS) group.

The logo combines elements of its original logo with that of parent company KCS.

UK-based inspHire, which was acquired by software firm KCS in September 2018, said the rebrand marked “the continuation of an important chapter” in its growth.

In addition to reflecting inspHire’s relationship with KCS, it also aims to represent the company’s expanded expertise and the larger platform its acquisition has brought.

InspHire said the rebrand will see no changes to its organisational or operational structure.

Graham Dobbs, inspHire’s Managing Director, said, “The rebrand is an exciting stage in the growth of inspHire’s globally recognised rental products.

“Since KCS acquired inspHire in September 2018, rental solutions have become a key strategic offering from KCS worldwide.

“With over 20 offices in 9 countries, it’s important to have a recognised brand that aligns with the strength and culture of the group.”
