Italian truck mount specialist CO.ME.T Officine srl is the main sponsor for the 2012 International Awards for Powered Access.

The company said, "CO.ME.T Officine is delighted to be the main sponsor of the International Awards for Powered Access. For 50 years CO.ME.T has invested resources in the safety of aerial platform operators and the ease of use of our own access platforms, we believe the IAPAs, like CO.ME.T, are promoting excellence in powered access."

The forth IAPAs, jointly organised by Access International magazine and IPAF (International Powered Access Federation), will take place on the evening of the IPAF Summit: Thursday 29 March at the Sheraton Roma Hotel, Rome, Italy.

This year we have received nearly 90 submissions for the 12 awards categories, the judging will take place on 2 February and you will find the shortlist on line on Friday 3 February.

In the past tickets for the Awards dinner have been over-subscribed so please be sure you reserve you place as soon as possible - also the Sheraton Roma hotel is offering a reduced rate to those IAPA guests who book early - before 15 February.

You can book you seat and find more information about the awards and the venue at http://www.iapa-summit.info/
