Jergens opens up in China

Manufacturer of lifting accessories and tooling components, Jergens, Inc. has opened in China. Jergens Shanghai Commercial Co., Ltd, based in the Pudong area, will represent and distribute its products in China.

Jergens, headquartered in the US, consists of four operating divisions: Jergens Tooling Component Division (TCD) manufactures lifting accessories, work-holding products, mechanical and power clamping systems and specialized fasteners; Acme Industrial Company manufactures precision drill bushings and keylocking threaded inserts; Jergens ASG Division supplies products for light assembly, including torque-controlled electric screwdrivers, automation products, production aids, and inspection and testing equipment; and Jergens Industrial Supply (JIS) distributes 150 brands of tooling, workholding, and metalworking products.
