Australian rental company Kennards Hire has expanded its Test & Measure operation with the addition of a third specialist testing equipment branch in Artarmon, Sydney.

The company had two established Kennards Hire Test & Measure branches at Glandore in Adelaide and East Brisbane.

The company said the branches served customers in the oil, gas and mining industries; as well as sewer and water mains construction; electrical data and communications and plumbing industries.

It said the equipment available from Kennards Hire Test & Measure ranged from hydrostatic test pumps, anchor testers, non-invasive smoke machines and GPS locators used for surveying, to an array of hand-held devices.

Darren Simmons, general manager for Kennards Hire in New South Wales (NSW), said, “We’ve had many enquiries from customers throughout NSW seeking specialist testing equipment, which were supplied from either the South Australia or Queensland branches.

“The new branch at Artarmon not only expands our product offering, but enables us to better serve the needs of our customers Australia wide.”
