Finland-based Leguan Lifts will strengthen its range at Bauma with the new 165 tracked platform.

It is based on the Leguan 135 and has direct hydraulic controls. Working height is 16.4m with a maximum 230kg in the basket. Outreach is 8m, with the same basket loadings.

Transport length and height of the machine is 5.01m x 2.1m. Basket dimensions are 1.33m x 1m and gradeability is 35% (20 degrees). Power comes from a Kubota 14 hp diesel or 230 V/110 V electric motor.

The 165 is available with four wheel drive and is available with tracks. It joins sister models, the Leguan 125 and Leguan 135. They all offer automatic levelling and remote control for all movements. The manufacturer says it will introduce the next new model in the beginning of 2017.
