Haulotte has provided training for Loxam in the effective use of eco-friendly electric access equipment.

The training follows the rental group’s investment in Haulotte’s battery-powered HA20 Le Pro rough terrain articulated boom lifts; the first product in the manufacturer’s expanding electric Pulseo range. Haulotte said the training on two HA20 Le Pro units, at the Loxam Colombes, Paris branch, allowed the sales teams to fully understand the advantages of the equipment and reassured the technical teams over maintenance requirements.

Guillaume Van Hoeck, key account director of Europe Zone at Haulotte, said, “The objective of this day is to help Loxam sales representatives acquire the right tools to promote the rental of this new generation of machines. What better way to convince people than to be able to test, exchange and directly implement the commercial arguments that will help to optimise the rental of this type of equipment?”

Thierry Lahuppe, equipment director of the Loxam Group, added that the company strongly wished to actively promote technological advances in the industry. “We must be prescribers with an innovative and forward-looking vision of the equipment rental market.”
