Manuco takes best Bobcat dealer award

Manuco Services, based in Normandy, France, has been named Best Bobcat telehandler dealer in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) in 2012 by the manufacturer.

The achievement was marked by a ceremony at the Manuco Services headquarters where Pierre Lhernould, Bobcat business director telescopic handlers EMEA, presented Michel Coutard, chairman of Manuco Services, with a plaque to celebrate the company’s success.

With a staff of 30, including four dedicated salesmen, Manuco Services distributes the complete Bobcat range throughout upper and lower Normandy and has branches in Saint Jacques sur Darnétal, near Rouen and in Boulleville, near Caen. Manuco sells most machines directly to end customers but also uses a network of agents.

Mr Coutard said, “We have been serving the Normandy region for over 25 years and have established an excellent reputation in the handling sector. We have also been distributing Bobcat telehandlers for many years.

"The recent extension of the range, and in particular the introduction of the new TL470HF model, a 130 horsepower machine with a 190 litre/minute hydraulic system, has given us a perfect offering for the needs of our market.”

As well as telehandlers, Manuco Services distributes the entire Bobcat range, including compact excavators, compact wheeled and tracked loaders and utility vehicles.
