German contractor Max Bögl has taken delivery of two new Terex AC 350/6 wheeled mobile telescopic cranes.

The privately owned construction company took delivery of the first Terex AC 350/6 in November 2011, with the second delivered shortly after. Both have been helping in the erection of a wind turbine close to Neumarkt.

According to Herbert Wieseckl, a foreman in Max Bögl's Heavy Equipment for Building Construction department, the decision to purchase the two AC 350/6s was down to the unit's maximum hook height and lifting capacity of 350 tonnes.

Max Bögl has kept its own machinery and fleet since the early 1950s, and today has more than 100 road-going vehicles.
