Dubai: Consultant Currie & Brown has been appointed cost manager and quantity surveyor on Union Properties' AED 3.4 billion (US$ 918 million) Motor City, part of Dubailand. The project includes 550000 m2 of low-rise residential units, the 65000 m2car superstore, an 85000 m2,52-storey four-star hotel, a 108000 m2, 32-storey office tower and a 7000-seat grandstand.
