Nationwide Platforms received recognition in four categories at the recent European Hire Awards of Excellence (HAE) 2013, held at The Savoy hotel in London on 27 April. It included winning the Website of the Year award.

The HAE Judges said: “This year’s winning website had a very clean look to it and a fabulous interactive search facility which gave it the edge.”

The company’s product guide received Highly Commended in the Catalogue of the Year category. Andy Stone, Nationwide Platforms’ regional operations manager for the South West, was Highly Commended in the Depot Manager of the Year grouping, while Edinburgh workshop manager Bryan Hardie was also shortlisted in the Workshop Manager of the Year category.

“As a market leader we know that all we accomplish relies on the hard work and dedication of our employees - teams and individuals - across the UK. Tonight we’ve demonstrated just how far that hard work can get us,” said Mike Potts, Nationwide Platforms’ managing director.
