New IPAF Technical Officer

Gil Male is IPAF's new technical officer, starting on 6 February 2006. He will focus on providing advice on the technical and regulatory issues in the use of powered access equipment and MEWPs, working closely with the IPAF Manufacturers' Technical Committee and the Powered Access Interest Group.

A chartered engineer since 1979, Gil Male's career with the UK Health and Safety Executive (HSE) spans more than 10 years. He continues to play a key role in formulating and providing practical input and comment on health and safety regulations related to the use of mobile equipment.
