New name at top of Palfinger's supervisory board

A new chairman will take the helm on Austria-based Palfinger AG's supervisory board.

Alexander Doujak, a current member of the loader crane manufacturer's board, has been nominated for election as the new chairman.

Alexander Exner has been chairman of the board since 2003 and will retire at its next meeting in mid-December 2010. Exner's relationship with Palfinger goes back more than 35 years.

In the 1990s he was CEO of Palfinger Holding AG. Following the establishment of Palfinger AG he became deputy chairman of the supervisory board.

Alexander Doujak is a corporate consultant who has provided his services to Palfinger Group for 15 years and has held a seat on the supervisory board since 2006.
