Star of this issue is the IC50 Index of the world's largest crane-owning companies. While the majority of the top 10 remains relatively unchanged from last year, there is a new number one at the top of the table.

Looking down the table there are some big movers, for example, Hovago and Al Jaber Heavy Lift and Transport. This year's Index is also marked by a sharp increase in the number of companies entering the list for the first time. New entries include Tecmaco Integral from Argentina, Japan-based Jousai Transport and Crane Company, Ansari Cranes from India and Morocco-based Somadiaz.

More than 100 companies are included and, in addition to the main Index, the survey also includes details of the top ten crawler fleets, top ten mobile fleets and those companies with the largest single crane, plus the separate IC Tower Index for tower cranes.
