Bobcat has introduced a three model range of rotary grinders for its compact loaders and excavators, which it says are aimed at a wide range of construction, demolition and utility industry applications.

The smallest, the RG20 with a 565 mm (22.3 inch) cutting width, is intended for use on E32, E35,E45,E50, E55W and E60 excavators. The RG40, with a cutting width of 625 mm (24.6 inch), can be used with the E80 excavator and the S205H, S630, S630H, S650, S650H, T190H, T650 and T650H compact loaders. The larget model in the range, the RG80 with a cuttng width of 850 mm (33.5 inch), can be used on the S779H, S850H, T770H, T870H and A770H loaders.

The new attachments' design allows them to be used in applications that require the precise removal of material without damage to adjacent structures, for trench digging in hard and rocky ground and for preparing asphalt or concrete surfaces for repair.
