Crane Institute Certification (CIC) has made staff changes in its customer support network. New to the customer support staff is Pam Adams. Adams has worked on several projects for CIC since 2013 and has held roles that include office manager and assistant director.

Debbie Dickinson, CIC executive director, said, “Pam has excellent organisational and customer relations skills. She is already familiar with many CIC customers and our programmes.”

Other new roles includes executive director’s assistant, which has been taken on by Alex Farmer. In her new role Farmer will focus on special events and projects and work with Crane U, one of CIC’s practical examiners, based in Birmingham, Alabama, USA.

Peg Taylor is now working with the office of the executive director. Taylor previously worked with customer support and has experience as a service and projects manager.
