Trailer manufacturer Nooteboom has extended its range of Multi-PX modular semi low-loader trailers on pendulum axles.

The new models from the Dutch manufacturer are available with a 2- and 3-axle detachable Multidolly and offer payloads up to 130 tonnes to travel at 80 km/h, the manufacturer said. The semi low-loader can also be used as a single 6- or 7-axle semi low-loader. The Multi-PX with Multidolly is available in the configurations 2+6, 3+6, 2+7 and 3+7.

The modular trailer has a 70 degree steering angle and 600 mm axle travel on the suspension. Load floor height is 850 mm when fitted with 245 tyres, which can also be adjusted with the full 600 mm stroke of the suspension for maximum ground clearance, the manufacturer added.

The Multi-PX semi low-loader with Multidolly is available with a single or double load floor in 2.74 m and 2.990 metre standard widths. In addition, the trailer is available with an axle spacing of 1,360 or 1,510 mm and axle weights of 12 or 14 tonnes. The trailer is also available with an hydraulic gooseneck with which the coupling and, or, axle weight ratio can be hydraulically adjusted, the manufacturer added.
