The product is designed to improve coordination between Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) and field teams. OpenSpace BIM+ uses AI and computer vision technology to align 360° photos with Building Information Modeling (BIM). It includes a wide range of functionalities that enable teams to simplify field-to-office BIM coordination significantly.

The product features user-friendly 3D tools that simplify routine tasks. It also enables construction teams to manage on-site coordination issues without requiring extensive BIM expertise or relying on a VDC manager for common questions.

The company says that OpenSpace BIM+ is equipped with several key features that make it easier to navigate and analyze BIM models on construction sites.

The platform offers BIM Field Coordination tools like BIM-based Field Notes, which is said to improve communication and streamline approval processes and project scheduling. Moreover, the BCF Export feature facilitates information exchange with other BIM coordination tools.

In addition, the Model Management feature allows users to access up-to-date models conveniently. It also enables users to view only the relevant portions of the models for specific teams, such as the MEP systems.
