Plantworx to be a hub of activity

01 April 2017

UK-based construction and machinery exhibition, Plantworx 2017, which is scheduled to take place between 6-8 June 2017, has announced that this year's show will be 20 percent larger than the last (2015) show. It also says that, with 74 brand-new exhibitors and pre-registration numbers that are up on the same period in 2015, there appears to be a confidence in the current construction equipment sector.

The show is hosted by the CEA (Construction Equipment Association) and aims to provide a UK showcase for all aspects of construction plant equipment and services. New this year is 'The Hub’ - an event arena where visitors can take a break from the hustle and bustle of the show. The organisers say that The Hub will celebrate innovation and new technology and that activities from The Hub and from the main showground will be broadcast onto outdoor screens via live video roaming. Winners of Plantworx's Innovation Award will be invited to exhibit their winning product in The Hub and take part in the ‘People’s Choice Award’ where visitors to the show will be encouraged to vote for their favourite product, machine or service.
