The UK's Pop-Up Products used the Rental Show to launch its push around scissor lifts, the Pop-Up and Pop-Up+, in North America.

The lifts, which has platform heights of 5 feet, 4 inches and the Pop-Up+ with more than 8 feet, are powered by a single battery e that can raise the Pop-Up a minimum of 300 times on one charge and the Pop-Up+ a minimum of 150 times.

“We feel there is a gap in the US market for our product, following on from the products success in Europe and Australia we chose the ARA to introduce the concept of low level access using electric powered lifts which can be used with a minimum of training by anyone,” said Paul Gallacher, sales director at Pop-Up Products.

The price to rental companies will be less than $5,000 for the Pop-Up model and $6,200 for Pop-Up+.
