How difficult is it to raise credit compared to a year ago?

How difficult is it to raise credit compared to a year ago?

In April, CE repeated the question from a year ago and asked how difficult it was to find credit. This year, some 52% of respondents said it was harder to get credit than a year ago, but that compares to a huge 75% who responded in this way in April 2009.

The big change in results was that this year some 30% of respondents said credit terms were the same as a year ago, whereas in 2009 only 17% of respondents gave this response. There was also some indication that credit is becoming more widely available, with 11% saying the market was easier than a year ago, compared to just 3% in the 2009 survey.
