Ramirent boosts Swedish business with Hyrmaskiner deal

Ramirent has boosted its Swedish operation by acquiring Hyrmaskiner i Gävle AB, a five-depot company with 40 employees and annual revenues of approximately €7 million.

Hyrmaskiner i Gävle AB, which was founded in 1993, is located in the middle of Sweden and its business includes Hyrmaskiner i Mora AB and Hyrmaskiner i Falun AB. It also operates under the brand Tidermans Hyrmaskiner in Gävleborg and Dalarna.

Peter Dahlsten, managing director of Ramirent's Swedish business, said; "This important acquisition brings us closer to our customers in the middle of Sweden and is in line with Ramirent's strategy of growing in selected markets. I warmly welcome Hyrmaskiner i Gävle into the Ramirent family".
