Ramirent launches new brand strategy

01 March 2010

Ramirent has unveiled a new corporate identity strategy that will see it move increasingly towards a unified brand, with one consequence being that Ramirent will replace Bautas as the company's brand in Norway.

As well as the unifying Ramirent brand, the company has unveiled a new company slogan - ‘Let's solve it' - that will be a tagline to the Ramirent logo. In addition, Ramirent has updated its long-standing ‘Rami-man' logo.

"Ramirent is one of the leading companies in its industry", said Magnus Rosén, president and chief executive officer of Ramirent Group, "We believe in a decentralised business model that captures the entrepreneurial spirit in the Group.

However, there are internal synergies and external business benefits to be gained from working more as one company. With the new identity, we begin a journey towards a stronger and more unified Ramirent as a company and brand. So that all our local business can benefit from the resources and power we have as a group".

Ramirent said that group brands that do not have "clear complementary roles" will be integrated with the group and master brand.

To coincide with the updated brand, Ramirent has launched a renewed website (www.ramirent.com), with improved navigation and a new look.

Stockholm-based brand development agency Grow acted as consultants in the re-branding process.
