Rapid Recycling

Austrian contractor Hasenohrl GmbH made use of a Rubble Master RM100 to completely recycle 1,500 tonnes of general construction waste as well as 1,000 tonnes of concrete in Just three days on a compact site in Rottenegg, Upper Austria.
The contract involved the demolition of a traditional Austrian Gasthaus, which dated back to 1721. Originally a butchers, the building was built backing directly on to a granite cliff face, with cool rooms built directly into the rock itself. It was removed to make way for a modern housing development.
The RM100 was unloaded onto the road alongside the building and moved quickly into its working position–it was ready to start crushing in 10 minutes. Pre–prepared material (800 mm feed size) was loaded into the crusher by a hydraulic excavator. The RM100's feed control system ensures intake and crushing behaviour to provide a high degree of throughput continuity.
Hasenorhl completed this small job in just three weeks, handing over the site on time for the next stage of the project.
