Towards the end of 2003 IC reported on the project to relocate the fragile Liberty Bell in the US, which was carried by the Philadelphia-based George Young Company, using a mini gantry from J&R. That gantry is now available with radio remote control. The housings can be controlled using this system, which provides continual readout displays, for each lift leg, of both the vertical stroke on each lift boom as well as the load on each.

Pictured is the gantry, in a two lift-housing configuration, lifting a 20 tonne vertical lathe at J&R's manufacturing facility in the US. J&R's mini gantry is now available with full radio remote control
