One of a series of videos available from worldwide heavy lifting and transport specialist Mammoet, Active in the Harbour shows three of the company's most significant projects in the harbour sector. First of these is Submarines on Wheels, the transportation and launch of the submarines Tigershark and Swordfish in the Netherlands.

Also documented is the transportation, using self propelled modular transporters (SPMT), of a complete container crane from its construction site to a harbour in the south of France.

The most spectacular project is the transportation of the company's head office building. The 2500 tonne, 43 m high building was transported to Mammoet's head office site in Schiedam.

The building was first loaded on a pontoon using 512 rows of SPMT. The video, and a range of other lifting and specialized transport titles, can be ordered online at www.mammoet.com.
