Foley Services has released a new video training package called How to Hire a Driver to coincide with the latest Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) legislation.

The new regulations include a change on the rules of the hiring process and a driver's previous accident and employment history.

The video package focuses on the 22 steps involved with employing a new driver, starting with an Initial Screening Pack, which covers the screening and interview process, and driver rights throughout the hiring process.

The video package then moves on to focus on issues including Safety Performance History, Driver Qualifications, Drug and Alcohol Testing and Post Employment.

Further details about the package, and other training products, can be found at www.FoleyServices.com.
