Aerial work platform and telehandler rental firm Riwal UK has been awarded IPAF Rental+ accreditation for its growing network of depots across the country.

IPAF Rental+ is an independent quality mark awarded to member rental companies that have been audited to meet defined standards in customer service, safety, staff training, contract terms and machine inspection.

Riwal UK, a brand of Netherlands-based Riwal Holding Group, began operations in 2009. The firm now operates a fleet of 500 machines, ranging from small electric scissors to large diesel booms.

“We have been growing rapidly since 2009 and needed to ensure Riwal UK retained its levels of service and quality offered to customers. This externally audited accreditation confirms we remain committed to excellent levels of customer service and quality procedures within Riwal UK,” said Riwal’s country manager for the UK, Tim White.

“Congratulations to Tim White and his team for putting in the time and effort to obtain the IPAF Rental+ quality mark,” added IPAF CEO Tim Whiteman.
