Safeworks names new international director

SafeWorks, LLC has appointed Edwin Holtkamp as international director of sales, responsible for the Power Climber Wind, Power Climber and Spider brands.

In his new role, Mr. Holtkamp will be responsible for all direct sales, dealers, channel partners, and sales agents outside of the Americas, including the leadership of the International direct sales force, channel partners and dealers.

He joins SafeWorks from General Electric, where he held various sales management roles, including most recently as sales director for Intelligent Platforms. In this role he was responsible for the business development team tasked with selling remote monitoring systems used in the wind energy and oil/gas industries.

Mr. Holtkamp will be based out of SafeWorks’ international office in Belgium and will report directly to SafeWorks’ CEO Scott Farrell.
