Swedish vehicle manufacturer Scania will supply Italian SPMT specialist Cometto, part of the Faymonville Group, with engines for its modular self-propelled electronic trailers (MSPE). According to Cometto, Scania’s engines will help it meet legislative requirements with its products, and they fit well into the available space within the Cometto power packs. So far Scania has supplied 12 DC09 and DC13 engines with Stage IIIA and Stage IV / Tier 4F emissions ratings.
