Southern buyout by Mateco

Mateco is expanding its presence in Southern Germany with the acquisition of aerial platform rental company Flesch Arbeitsbühnenvermietung, based in Tuttlingen. Mateco is owned by TVH Group.

Gerhard Flesch, owner of Flesch, has passed complete ownership of his company to Mateco but its existing location and employees will remain in place.

Local knowledge and proximity to customer is central to Mateco’s philosophy when it come to expansion, said the company.

Following the takeover, Mateco will provide the benefits of its country-wide systems in place in its existing branches in Ravensburg, Reutlingen and Rheinfelden.
