The new Lavina V-32 vacuum

Manufacturer Superabrasive has introduced a new line of machines and vacuums for concrete grinding and polishing, aimed at the rental market.

Unveiled at Bauma earlier this year, the Lavina S Series of grinding and polishing machines feature a forced belt-driven planetary movement, u-joint technology, a system of floating heads that now holds QuickChange tools and new security plate locks.

The range also incorporates a new water spraying system which includes a pump, power cable attachment, a new belt-inspection window, and internal upgrades.

In addition, Superabrasive has added a new series of commercial vacuums, designed specifically for use with Lavina griding and polishing machines.

The vacuums offer a pneumatic jet filter cleaning system – a fully automatic, hands free system that utilizes a compressor for continuous filter cleaning during use. This system will be available on the larger V-25L and V-32 models. All other models, designed for smaller jobs, feature an upgraded manual cleaning brush system that allows operators to efficiently clean filters during use, with one quick turn of a handle.

Superabrasive has been a manufacturer of diamond tooling and equipment since 1987, and is currently seeking distributors for the European and South East Asian markets.

With a manufacturing facility in Bulgaria and a warehouse facility in Atlanta, Georgia, Superabrasive has been manufacturing diamond tooling and equipment since 1987.
