Scotland-based Briggs Metals has bought a third Terex materials handler.

The machine, an 18 m (60ft) reach TM350 joins two other Terex units on site, a 16 m (52ft) TM350 and a 14 m (46ft) 1704 model.

According to the company all the machines have been very reliable.

"The 1704 has clocked up 6500 hours and has had no major problems, prompting us to buy the second TM350. Terex services the machines at the main intervals and we carry out the minor services ourselves," said a spokesman for Briggs Metal.
