Trackunit will launch two new applications this spring and summer.

The first is a mobile application for basic and advanced fleet utilization, service management and machine pre-checks. Called Trackunit Go, the application allows the visualization of machine data.

The app will feature an asset mapping page that will show where machines are located and what services need to be performed and have been performed. It will also allow users to see machine-specific information such as working time, engine hours, engine speed, mileage, fuel usage and much more.

The company wants to “provide an application with a feature set comprehensive enough to satisfy the telematics ecosystem,” it said.

Trackunit Go will be available in May.

The company will also launch Trackunit On later this summer. Trackunit On is an application designed specifically for operators. It will feature pre-checks for machines and guidance instruction, as well as efficiency summaries and more. This application aims to build and share operators’ digital resumes and performance goals.
