Trimble launches heavy industry website

Construction technology firm Trimble has launched a new website with resources tailored to heavy industry.

The site’s navigation is broken down into industries, such as civil construction, aggregates and mining, with a combination of news, infographics, white papers and datasheets.

The new website also highlights new products from Trimble, as well as a training section, with online tips on getting the best out of the featured solutions.

In the site’s Civil Construction section, the company’s solutions for planning and design, advanced automation, machine control, surveying, mobile technologies and real-time connectivity solutions are detailed.

The technology covered include Trimble’s software innovations, including WorksOS, a system for increasing uptime and maximising productivity; as well as Trimble Stratus, a software for UAVs (unmanned aerial vehicles), which aids the mapping and measuring assets and worksites.
