TVH acquires US-based EPW

TVH has acquired the assets of Fresno, California-based supplier of parts and supplies for aerial lifts Equipment Parts Wholesale (EPW).

EPW will serve as a sales division of TVH and will continue to focus on the aerial lift equipment market and the equipment rental industry under the EPW name.

Dirk von Holt, TVH vice president, said, “There was an opportunity to acquire the assets of EPW which aligns with the strategy of our company to increase our product selection to include other industrial equipment segments."

EPW was founded in 2001 and has a wealth of product knowledge and industry experience which TVH said would be combined to enhance service and product availability to customers of both companies.

Brian MacFarland, EPW’s general manager, said, “We welcome the support that TVH can bring to our efforts to provide a full range of products and ensure a reliable supply in well-located distribution points throughout North America”.
