Vinci Energies in Australian acquisition

Vinci Energies, a subsidiary of Vinci, has announced the acquisition of J&P Richardson Industries Pty Limited, based in Queensland, Australia.

J&P Richardson Industries employs 500 people and generates annual revenues of around AU$ 130 million (US$ 92.03 million).

The company specialises in engineering, installation and maintenance of electricity networks, water utilities, telecommunications and industrial processes.

Vinci Energies said that the acquisition helps boost its position in the Australian energy and transport infrastructure services market.

Vinci Energies’ Australian operations employs 500 people and recorded revenues of around AU$ 140 million (US$ 99.2 million) for 2015.
