How is the current recession impacting on the global rental industry, and when are rental markets expected to recover?

Murray Pollok, Editor of International Rental News (IRN), has prepared an eight minute audio presentation, with slides, looking at how the North American and European rental markets are currently performing and describing prospects for the coming years.

The presentation draws on the latest confidence surveys carried out by IRN and the European Rental Association, as well as the most recent 'State of the Industry' report from the American Rental Association (ARA).

As well as looking at developments in the most developed rental areas, the report also looks at the longer term potential for rental in developing markets such as eastern Europe and Asia Pacific.
