William Sinclair receives the congratulations of his predecessor Pilar de la Cruz at the EDA Gala Dinner

William Sinclair has officially taken over as president of the European Demolition Association (EDA) following its annual convention in Glasgow, Scotland.

William, the managing director of demolition contractor Safedem, is a past president of the National Federation of Demolition Contractors and has also been elected to sit on the board of the Institute of Demolition Engineers.

His appointment was formally announced at the convention’s Gala Dinner in Glasgow’s Trades Hall.

He succeeds Pilar de la Cruz, who has become a member of the EDA Club of Honor.
