Wolfgang Roth joins Riwal in Germany

Former Mateco chief executive Wolfgang Roth has joined Riwal in Germany as business development consultant and interim country manager, with immediate effect.

Mr Roth was managing director of Mateco for around 18 years before retiring from the company in 2009. At Riwal he will be responsible for developing and leading the execution of the country strategy.

Riwal established its German rental business in early 2010, managed by another former Mateco manager, Christoph Scheeben. Managing director of the German business was Søren Rosenkrands, who has since been appointed as Riwal’s chief operating officer.
