A new conference to discuss issues concerning working at height will be held in the UK in October.

Implementing Change and Innovation in Work at Height has been organised by The Access Industry Forum (AIF) on behalf of 11 related associations, including, Fall Arrest Safety Equipment Training (Faset), National Access and Scaffolding Association (NASC) and the Ladder Association.

Intended to make a significant contribution to safety and best practice, the conference will focus on the future rather than the nuts and bolts of the present, said AIF.

It is aimed at senior health and safety professionals in the private and public sectors with responsibility for policy setting and directing and managing work at height. As well as members of professional bodies wanting to identify and explore the key issues facing the work at height sector in the 21st Century.

The conference takes place Thursday, 13 October 2016 at Holywell Park Conference Centre, Loughborough University, UK.
