Wynne acquires Result Group

Wynne Systems has acquired Result Group, expanding its customer base to include specialist rental and construction companies.

The acquisition includes the rentalresult system, which helps to manage the back office of rental companies by streamlining sales, purchasing, asset management, point-of-sale for rental, all the way through to complex accounting, said the company.

Result Group's UK office will remain open, as will its USA-based headquarters, confirmed Wynne, which is also based in the USA. However, Result's managing director Derek Robson has decided to step down and will play no further role in the business, said a spokesperson from Wynne.

“We are pleased to find a new home with Wynne – an organisation that is just as passionate about the rental management industry as we are,” said Helen Sowerby from rentalresult. “We look forward to bringing together two ERP solutions under one umbrella to offer customers the best solution for their business.”
