The Certified Used Program offers equipment at “a highly competitive price,” Yanmar CE said in a statement.

The program focuses on machines with 2,500 or fewer operating hours, which are inspected by certified experts to ensure the high functioning of all aspects of the machine’s hydraulics, mechanicals and electrics.

The initiative is supported by a 100+ step check process, as well as the services of Yanmar’s dealer network.

The result is that “second-life machines can be kept in prime working order, with fast reliable parts and service support designed to keep them performing like new for years to come,” the OEM confirmed.

The Certified Used Program is one of what the OEM describes as “a host of sustainable technologies and services” to be rolled out in coming years.
