Japanese construction equipment manufacturer Yanmar is to show an excavator with a two-piece boom and two new wheel loaders at the NordBau construction exhibition in Germany in September.

The SV100-2 has an additional joint that enhances the compact excavator’s arm and increases the flexibility of its usage. According to Yanmar this means it combines the performance of a heavy excavator with the advantages of a compact machine, making it ideal for work on various construction sites.

The new wheel loader series consists of four models and will be available by the end of 2015. At Nordbau, Yanmar will show the V7 and V8 models on the stand of its partner organisation HKL Baumaschinen. The loaders have 0.7 and 0.8 cubic metres of bucket capacity respectively, and both have Yanmar engines.

Andreas Hactergal, sales and marketing director of Yanmar Construction Equipment Europe, said: “The new wheel loader series combines experience and Japanese cutting edge technology. It completes our excavator product range perfectly.”
