World Demolition Awards: open to entries

Demolition & Recycling International is pleased to announce that the World Demolition Awards (WDAs) are officially open for entry.

Part of the World Demolition Summit, the WDAs recognise excellence and best practice, as determined by an international judging panel of leading industry experts.

Contractors and manufacturers, from anywhere in the world, can now download the 2024 entry forms from the new World Demolition Summit website.

There are 11 award categories in total, with two specifically for demolition equipment manufacturers and the remaining nine for demolition, dismantling and decommissioning contractors.

Entries for the 2024 Awards should cover demolition and related work that either started or was completed during the period 1 July 2023 through to 30 June 2024.

The deadline for entries is 28 June, 2024. Entries received after this date will NOT be accepted.

The winners of the World Demolition Awards will be announced at a gala celebration as the 2024 World Demolition Summit, which will take place in Stockholm, Sweden, on Novemer 7, 2024. 

The World Demolition Summit is run in partnership with the European Demolition Association and is supported by the National Demolition Association in United States.

The event’s headline sponsor is Volvo Construction Equipment.
