World renowned music venue, the Carnegie Hall in New York contacted MLE for a lightweight access platform to allow maintenance and show preparation to be carried out in the auditorium.

MLE specialises in application specific access solutions and was able to supply the TL40 aerial platform designed for work in casinos, shopping malls, airports and buildings with high ceilings and difficult access.

The TL40 is an electrically powered platform with a 14 m (46 ft) working height and a 2 m by 2.7 m (7 ft by 9 ft) platform which can carry 272 kg (600 lb). The machine weights 1818 kg (4000 lb) and has low contact pressure. Compact stowed dimensions allow the machine to fit into elevators and through narrow hallways.
