ERA publishes millennial recruitment guide

The European Rental Association (ERA) has published a short best-practice guide on the recruitment of millennials.

Produced as a downloadable PDF, the guide contains five case studies from senior figures at leading rental companies including A-Plant, HSS Hire, Kiloutou, Loxam and Ramirent.

Pierre Boels, CEO of Boels Rental, said, “This e-book focuses on best practice case studies from rental companies that are embracing the opportunities presented by millennials.
