Active Crane Rentals in the USA has ordered a new 350 tonne capacity Liebherr LTM 1350-6.1 wheeled mobile telescopic crane.

It will be the largest crane in the fleet. The family-owned company is based in Wilmington, Delaware, and has been specializing in daily rentals for 50 years. It offers cranes, lifting and rigging services in Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. The fleet is 30 cranes and there are 25 employees.

Commenting on the new addition, Hunter Schmeusser, Active Crane Rentals company treasurer, said, “Liebherr cranes are reliable, where no expense is spared in creating the most operator friendly machine. This crane will add value to our business through the ability to quickly and safely build the crane.”

Work lined up for the new crane includes a bridge project, water plant reconstruction and chemical plant maintenance jobs.
