Vega Systems provides software and services for the management of rental fleets. It will be merged with Isagri’s subsidiary Irium Software, which is a leader in agricultural IT, thereby completing the group’s equipment management offering – along with Isagri’s subsidiary Akanea, which is a player in the transport supply chain.

This merger between Irium Software and Vega Systems helps Groupe Isagri to pursue its international ambitions to supply IT solutions to equipment and vehicle distribution, rental and repair companies around the world.

“Groupe Isagri pursues its strategy of strong growth and market expansion, in order to bring a global solution and to better serve a wider customer base, in particular through continuous investment dedicated to innovation,” the group said in a statement.

The acquisition will add more than 250 medium-sized and large companies to Groupe Isagri’s existing customer base of 150,000.

Hotman Hozman, Managing Director of Vega Systems, will lead the new Isagri affiliate, in close partnership with Frédéric Bon, Executive Officer of Irium Software, in order to merge the two compagnies by 2021.
