Dingli has launched two upgraded 6m working height compact scissors.

The JCPT0607DCI and JCPT0607DCS are upgraded machines from the new JCPT0607DC series and hold European CE and USA ANSI certification. Production of the new scissors is set to begin by the end of 2015,

Both have a maximum working height of 5.9m and safe working load of 240kg. Platform dimensions are 1.89m x 0.7m and both have a 400 kW drive motor.

the DCI version has castors on the front wheels to allow zero turning radius, while the DCS is aimed at contruction applications with its front wheels steering.

The units are designed to provide customers with more options for varying road conditions and the ability to fit through narrow spaces.

An ECU control system offers integrated level sensor, button and key switches, emergency stop, buzzer, hour meter and touch screen. A potentiometer has been installed to replace the exposed elements, such as upper and lower limit switch, anti-pinch switch and angle sensor, thus reducing potential damage.

The manufacturer believes the flexibility and improved safety of the machines across outdoor and indoor applications are particularly important design features.
